How to Report a Lost or Stolen Visa Check Card
Visa has a new 24-hour phone number for reporting lost or stolen check cards. If you need to report a card lost or stolen when the credit union is closed, please call Visa at (800) 472-3272. To report a check card lost or stolen during normal business hours (9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday), call the credit union at (512) 474-1562 or (800) 488-3863.

To report a lost or stolen MasterCard when the credit union is closed, please call MasterCard at (800) 442-4757. During our normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm), you can call the credit union at (512) 474-1562 or (800) 488-3863 or MasterCard to report a card lost or stolen.
