Membership Share Account

Establishes membership with the credit union and entitles members to use all of LCRA Credit Union’s services. A minimum balance of $5 is required and dividends are earned quarterly.

Regular Share Account

Available for members looking for a secondary source of savings. Dividends are earned quarterly. Members may have multiple regular share accounts.

Star Savers Kids Club

For kids ages 12 and under. The Star Saver Kids Club is fun, informative, and is a great way to learn the value of setting goals and saving to reach those goals!
Benefits: Lower opening deposit ($5), dividends accrue on day one, reward program for deposits. Punch Card Rewards: Ten Punches: $10 cash deposit

IRA Share Account

A great way to save for retirement! An IRA at LCRA Credit Union requires no minimum balance or opening deposit and earns quarterly dividends. Your IRA savings are separately insured up to $250,000 by the federal government.

Christmas Club

The perfect way to save for holiday expenses. A minimum opening deposit of $5 is required and dividends are earned monthly. An automatic disbursement is mailed out in October just in time for holiday spending. An early withdrawal fee will be imposed for any withdrawals made before October.

Term Certificates

Certificates and IRA term certificates are available. Choose 6, 12, 18 or 24 month terms. Minimum balance of only $500. Earn interest based on average daily balance. Term Certificates renew automatically. Interest may be withdrawn before maturity without a penalty; however, an early withdrawal penalty on principal may apply.

Free Checking

Our Regular Checking Account is free! It requires no minimum balance to maintain and there’s no monthly service charge.

Power Checking

Earn monthly interest if average daily balance* requirements are maintained. A monthly service fee is charged if the balance falls below the requirement. *Average Daily Balance is calculated by adding the balance in the account for each day and dividing by the number of days in the period (calendar month).
